1. Agreement to terms

Welcome to wiselyearspro.life, operated by Wise Years Pro ("Wise Years Pro", "we", "us", or "our"), an education provider with its principal place of business at 111 Middle Road, #06-03 National Design Centre, Singapore 188971. By accessing or using our website, submitting an enquiry through our contact form, registering for a course, or engaging with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wise Years Pro. They apply in addition to any separate written enrolment agreement, course outline, or payment confirmation that governs a paid programme. Where a signed enrolment document conflicts with these Terms regarding a specific course, the enrolment document prevails for that engagement.

2. About our services

Wise Years Pro is an independent education provider offering self-development courses for adults aged forty-five and above in Singapore. Our programmes include but are not limited to mindful aging and purpose exploration, financial literacy education, creative arts workshops, and digital skills training. Information presented on our website — including course descriptions, schedules, instructor profiles, testimonials, and pricing — is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a formal enrolment acceptance with agreed dates and fees.

We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, instructors, or venues when necessary due to facilitator availability, enrolment levels, venue constraints, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will notify enrolled participants of material changes as soon as practicable and offer reasonable alternatives where possible.

3. Website use licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use wiselyearspro.life for lawful personal or internal informational purposes. You agree not to use our website in any manner that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations in Singapore or your jurisdiction;
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of Wise Years Pro or any third party;
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to our servers, data directories, or backend systems;
• Transmits malware, automated scraping tools, or excessive requests that impair site performance;
• Misrepresents your identity or affiliation with Wise Years Pro;
• Collects personal data of other users without their consent.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website, without liability, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to Wise Years Pro, our participants, or other users.

4. Enquiries and contact form

Our contact form is intended solely for course enquiries, general information requests, and accessibility questions. By submitting the form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you consent to our processing of that data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Submitting an enquiry does not create an enrolment, reservation, or contractual obligation on either party. Course registration is confirmed only upon our written acceptance and receipt of applicable fees. We aim to respond to enquiries within one business day but do not guarantee specific response times.

5. Course enrolment and fees

Course fees displayed on wiselyearspro.life represent the full programme cost unless otherwise stated. Fees cover the items specified in each course description — typically tuition, printed materials, and light refreshments. Optional add-ons such as extended coaching sessions or supplementary materials are quoted separately before purchase.

Payment is due according to the schedule communicated at enrolment. Payment plans may be available for courses above SGD 300 upon request and subject to our approval. All fees are quoted in Singapore dollars unless explicitly stated otherwise. We accept payment methods communicated during the enrolment process; we do not collect credit card numbers directly through the contact form on this website.

Prices are subject to change for future cohorts. Confirmed enrolments are honoured at the price agreed at the time of registration.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations made fourteen or more calendar days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus a SGD 30 administration fee. Cancellations made between seven and thirteen days before the start date may receive a fifty percent refund or full credit toward a future cohort within six months, at our discretion. Cancellations made fewer than seven days before the start date, or non-attendance without prior notice, are not eligible for refund unless exceptional circumstances apply and we agree in writing.

If Wise Years Pro cancels a course due to insufficient enrolment or facilitator unavailability, enrolled participants receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort. We are not liable for incidental costs such as transport or accommodation arranged by participants in anticipation of a course that is rescheduled or cancelled.

7. Participant conduct

Participants in Wise Years Pro programmes are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow learners with respect. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, discrimination, or sharing of other participants' personal stories outside the classroom without consent may result in removal from a course without refund. We maintain the right to refuse future enrolment to individuals who violate these standards.

Course materials — including workbooks, slides, and handouts — are provided for personal use by enrolled participants and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial training purposes without our written permission.

8. Educational disclaimers

Wise Years Pro courses are educational in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or investment advice. Specifically:

• Mindful Aging & Purpose is a reflective education programme and is not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment, counselling, or therapy.
• Financial Confidence After 45 provides general financial literacy education. Wise Years Pro and its instructors are not MAS-licensed financial advisers and do not recommend specific securities, funds, or insurance products.
• Digital Literacy for Everyday Life teaches navigation of publicly available services. We are not affiliated with Singpass, GovTech, banks, or technology companies referenced during instruction.

Outcomes described in course materials and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guaranteed for all participants. Your results depend on your engagement, prior knowledge, and personal circumstances.

9. Intellectual property

All content on wiselyearspro.life — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, course curricula, layout, design, and underlying code — is owned by Wise Years Pro or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Wise Years Pro name and visual identity may not be used without our prior written consent.

Creative work produced by participants during courses remains the intellectual property of the participant unless otherwise agreed in writing. Wise Years Pro may request permission to display anonymised or attributed participant work for promotional purposes; participation in any showcase or publication is always voluntary.

10. Third-party links and services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites such as Google Maps, government resources, or professional referral directories. Wise Years Pro does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of external sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law. Wise Years Pro disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of informational content.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Course availability, schedules, and instructor assignments may change without notice on the website until enrolment is confirmed.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wise Years Pro, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or participation in our courses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Wise Years Pro for the specific course giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, or SGD 500, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wise Years Pro and its personnel from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the website or course materials; (c) content or information you submit that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law; or (d) your conduct during course participation. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense.

14. Force majeure

Wise Years Pro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, utility failures, venue closures, internet or telecommunications outages, civil unrest, or acts of third parties beyond our reasonable influence. We will use reasonable efforts to notify affected participants and offer rescheduled sessions or refunds as appropriate.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of wiselyearspro.life shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at [email protected]. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you.

16. General provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver unless acknowledged in writing. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. Wise Years Pro may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of wiselyearspro.life, superseding prior oral or written understandings on that subject.

17. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through a notice on our website. Your continued use of wiselyearspro.life after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
