Mindful Aging & Purpose
Navigate life transitions with clarity. This programme combines guided mindfulness, values work, and peer dialogue to help you articulate who you are becoming — not who you used to be.
Overview
Major life shifts — retirement, children leaving home, caring for ageing parents, or simply reaching an age society labels as "senior" — can trigger questions that career success never prepared us to answer. Who am I when my job title no longer defines me? What do I want mornings to feel like five years from now? How do I stay connected to meaning without the structure of a full-time role?
Mindful Aging & Purpose addresses these questions through a blend of evidence-based mindfulness practices and structured self-reflection. Each two-hour session includes a guided meditation, a thematic workshop, and facilitated group discussion. Between sessions, you complete brief journaling exercises that build toward a written purpose statement and a weekly rhythm plan tailored to your circumstances.
